Excelerate, is an initiative focused on candidates selected through campus drive. Such candidates are put through, four months program in their respective college premises. Training begins during the commencement of their final semester, to equip them with on-the-job skills. The college provides with necessary infrastructure and a dedicated faculty.
The training team collaborates with the faculty and the delivery team in arriving at a course as per project requirement and support them through the entire program. This model has helped facilitating deeper student engagement to help them be corporate-world ready, even while they are in their college. It was commenced to minimize the complexities for students in getting accustomed to an entirely new environment.
